I Want Assurances That My DJ Will Be There!

All of Phase One Entertainment’s events are bound by a contract signed by “YOU”, the customer, and “representative” of Phase One Entertainment. There is a 20% deposit to secure your date for the event, and the balance is due 1 week before the event

Will The DJ Be On Time?

All of Phase One Entertainment’s personnel will be at your event, set up and ready to play, no later than ½ hour before your event starts (depending on the catering hall’s policy)

Is The DJ Insured?

Phase One Entertainment is a fully insured entertainment company. We can perform in any catering hall, auditorium, or gather hall in this country (and abroad).

Will You Have The Music I Want For My Event?

All of our DJs have extensive music libraries. Once you have agreed to a price, you will receive a contract and an event planner, where you can select your music, participant names, etc., so that everything can go smoothly. We realize that things can be very hectic during an event, so we will get all of the particulars taken care of before the day of the event. All music must be selected (i.e. first dance, processional, father/daughter dance, etc.,) and given to Phase One, one (1) week before the event is to take place, if not, YOU ARE RESPOSNIBLE FOR HAVING THE MUSIC FOR US TO PLAY.

Am I Getting What I Pay For?

The biggest miss-conception is that “all the DJ does is play music”. We are there to entertain you and your guests for the time you contracted us for. Experience, skill, mannerism, and professionalism is all part of our pricing. That covers the entertainers and the equipment they use. When you hire Phase One Entertainment, the entire company is out to make your event a true success!
